Welcome to
Your single source for appraising heavy construction equipment, trucks and trailers.

Thinking of buying or selling a single piece of equipment or a complete spread?
Take the guess work out of the equation and get an online professional appraisal.
All equipment appraisals are completed by a certified appraiser.

At we pride ourselves on doing all appraisals by hand. This means we take the information provided by you and use our many years in the auction, financing, retail buying and selling business to obtain a range of values. This range will be obtained the following ways.

Fair Market Value:
Defined as the price at which the property would change hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller, neither being under the compulsion to buy or the compulsion to sell and both having reasonable knowledge of relevant facts.

This value is based on the recent selling and advertised prices by reputable equipment dealers and unreserved auctions throughout the world.  Sales of comparable properties will be used to determine fair market value by having a degree of similarity between the equipment sold and the equipment being appraised. This sale will have been sold close to the appraisal date, was at "arm’s length" with a knowledgeable buyer and seller, and with neither having to act due to a distressed market condition.

Forced Sale or Liquidation Value:
Defined as a financial condition existing at the time of sale that requires the seller to sacrifice the selling price below the appraised value.  Or the sellers attempt to obtain the fair market value but was unable to sell the unit.

While the only way to determine the exact value would be to sell the item after a reasonable marketing plan and at an “arm’s length transaction”, we believe that the range we offer will give you a very good appraisal of what that item is worth in TODAY’S market.

Two of the most important factors in evaluating any unit are the aesthetics of the machine and the options that the unit is equipped with.  Please keep this in mind when providing your information on the item you want to be appraised. The more information you can provide us, the more exact that appraisal will be.

If you want information on obtaining a professional personal appraisal, or to set up a corporate account, please contact us for details, or check the box in the input information page. Thank you.
